Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Systems Administrator to join our team in Boonville, MO! We offer full benefits, PTO, 401k, and more! This person will be traveling back and forth between Boonville and West Plains, MO office. (2.5-3 hours travel time one way); Candidate will need to travel between offices at least 1x a week (Candidate will be reimbursed mileage and travel time as well) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Analyze and resolve user incidents and service requests. - Install, deploy, maintain, and administer computer networks and related computer environments including application software, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. - Provide support via phone, chat, or in-person—whatever the situation calls for. - Perform system updates, including Microsoft security patches and antivirus definitions. - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. - Perform data backups and disaster...
