Job DetailsJob Location: Silver Creek - Silver Creek, GA 30173Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: MorningThe Crisis LPN provides direct nursing care and supports the health and safety of individuals in a crisis residential setting. This role focuses on clinical responsibilities, medication administration, and shift based oversight of care delivery. The LPN is clinically supervised by a Registered Nurse. Administrative and operational management will be carried out by the Crisis Program Manager. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Clinical Nursing Care: Provide skilled nursing care including health assessments and monitoring of individuals served. Implement physician and RN directed care plans. Observe and document changes in physical or behavioral condition. Report significant changes promptly to the RN. Support crisis intervention efforts from a clinical perspective. Medication Administration and Monitoring: Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and DBHDD standards.
