ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Lead implementation of domestic ground transportation solutions (LTL, FTL, final mile, brokerage, parcel). - Serve as executive point of contact during onboarding for ground accounts. - Develop detailed implementation plans covering pricing alignment, carrier procurement, routing guide development, EDI/API integration, reporting configuration, and SOP creation. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including operations, IT, carrier relations, finance, and sales to ensure smooth launch. - Identify operational risks specific to domestic ground networks and proactively mitigate issues prior to go-live. - Establish KPIs for service, cost, and carrier performance - Drive post-launch stabilization and conduct formal implementation review assessing operational, financial, and service performance. - Standardize ground implementation processes and documentation to drive scalability and repeatability. - Escalate and resolve client, operational or carrier-related service issues during transition and early lifecycle. - Other duties as assigned.
