About the Role: The EP Division within Rhythm Solutions at Boston Scientific supports physicians treating and patients dealing with complex cardiac arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation. The goal of the Principal Sales Training Specialist role is to support the growth of a best-in-market EP field force through robust training and continuous development programs. This role will design and lead blended learning experiences—both virtual and in-person—providing the field with opportunities to build proficiency through classroom instruction, facilitated workshops, hands-on practice, and real-world experiences in Electrophysiology Labs and Mobile Training Labs.
