Your main responsibilities: As a Project Manager within the B2B Customer Acquisition & Engagement Team, you will be a driving force behind our buyer activation and retention initiative. -You will lead projects directly aimed at increasing core buyer engagement metrics: Active Buyers and GMV per Active Buyer. -You will actively work on optimizing the Acquisition & Engagement funnel by mapping the B2B customer journey across all touchpoints (e.g., consideration, conversion, retention) and identifying drop-off areas and engagement gaps. -You will drive engagement metrics through the coordination of cross-functional projects with subject-matter oriented teams, including Marketing. -You will support the design and execution of the Customer Acquisition & Engagement Strategy, including customer segmentation and tailoring the marketing mix to specific segments.
