The incumbent will be assisting management team by providing daily administrative and clerical support for the program. Work involves assignments that require independent work and adhering to state guidelines. Incumbent will review, assign, prepare and track correspondence for program including filing and follow up on pending issues. Perform specific assignments such as assisting the Office of Community Health and Planning by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information request, and performing clerical functions.
