CAMS is part of the Associa family. Blue Ridge Mountain Club, a beautiful private mountain community in Boone, NC is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced bartender to provide an excellent guest experience. Compensation includes base rate of $17.00-19.00 and tips. Responsibilities: - Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons - Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner. - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks - Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations - Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails - Plan and present bar menu - Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking ageRestock and replenish bar inventory and supplies - Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. - Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils. - Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. - Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices and identifying patrons’ special dietary needs and special requests...
