Job Summary for Marketing Specialist - B2B Design-Focused (hybrid in Milwaukee, WI) The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the design and production of B2B marketing materials across print and digital channels, in support of integrated marketing campaigns. This position requires demonstrated hands-on proficiency in graphic design and marketing asset production, combined with an understanding of B2B campaign execution. The role reports to the Marketing Manager to support strategic business objectives . This position is hybrid onsite 3 days a week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI headquarters. Key Responsibilities: The Marketing Specialist will assist the Marketing Manager in collaboration in executing targeted go-to-market (GTM) plans for the business portfolio, covering market assessments, brand strategy, segmentation, and programs to drive lead generation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention. Independently design and produce production-ready marketing assets across print and digital including brochures, sell sheets, trade show booth graphics, and event displays.
