Job DetailsJob Location: Kennett Area YMCA - Kennett Square , PA 19348Salary Range: $65,524.00 - $85,181.00 Salary/yearJob Category: Executive/DirectorEmbark on a Journey of Impactful Adventure The Associate Executive Director drives branch operations in support of the YMCA of Greater Brandywine Strategic Plan. Oversees assigned areas of a YMCA branch, which may include membership, marketing, programs, and/or facilities. Responsible for volunteer and staff development, financial development, community relations and collaborations with community agencies. Provides leadership to committee(s) and advisory board(s) and annual campaign participation.
