Job Description H-FARM International School Venice is a continuing period of growth, with a boarding community of over 200 students drawn from across the world. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Boarding to lead and shape a residential environment that is safe, ambitious, humane and intellectually alive. The Head of Boarding is a senior pastoral leader who will cultivate a family-centred boarding culture grounded in the School’s Six Dimensions of Success: emotional, social, learning, community, language and future preparedness. The role requires a deep commitment to the individual growth of each student and to the creation of a boarding experience that empowers young people to become confident, principled and future-ready. The successful candidate will lead a large and growing residential team, serve as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, and act as a visible daily presence in the life of the houses. Safeguarding is central to the role: the Head of Boarding is expected to model, promote and enforce the highest standards of child protection and student welfare in line with Nord Anglia Education expectations.
