This part‑time role is ideal for a coach who thrives in a collaborative, member‑focused environment and enjoys junior development, private lessons, and group programming. As programs expand, there will be opportunities for professional growth and the potential to develop this role into full‑time work based on performance, demand, and contribution to the racquets team.
