HVAC Service Technician Department: HVAC: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Wighton's Plumbing, Heating & Air - San Luis Obispo, CA Reporting To: General Manager: Description: You will be responsible for managing a territory and servicing accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting all their HVAC service requests, and ensuring customers receive outstanding customer service from all HVAC departments. Responsibilities: - Proven 2-3 years of recent, full-time experience - Troubleshoot and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment - Identifying maintenance risks on equipment - Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems - Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently - Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act - Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements - Assisting with customers' queries - Valid driver’s license - Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in confined spaces Salary and Benefits: - Hourly, plus commission (Unc...
