We are recruiting an AI Automation Engineer to design, build and maintain automation solutions that leverage AI, machine learning and RPA to streamline processes across our logistics and customer experience platforms. Reporting to the Head of Automation & AI, this role is both technical and delivery-focused. The AI Automation Engineer will partner with cross-functional teams (Operations, Transport, IT, Product and Data Science) to translate business needs into robust, maintainable automation that delivers measurable impact. We are looking for an adaptable and pragmatic engineer with strong software development skills, experience deploying AI-enabled automation in production and a clear focus on operational reliability and continuous improvement.
