Position Summary: NECCO is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven School Partnerships Coordinator to support the expansion of school-based and intensive home-based mental health services across all 88 counties in Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with deep knowledge of Ohio’s education system and strong district-level connections. The coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Director of Growth and Development and the State Director for School-Based Services to initiate, nurture, and solidify partnerships with school districts statewide. The goal is to create meaningful opportunities for integrated mental health programming within schools and communities. Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Relationship Building: - Initiate and maintain contact with district superintendents, principals, and key decision-makers in school systems across Ohio. - Serve as a credible and strategic liaison, introducing Necco’s mental health service offerings and exploring partnership opportunities.
