This part-time position involves coaching our junior swim team, promoting skill development, and fostering a positive team environment. Coaching: - Lead swim practices for team members aged 6-16, focusing on stroke technique, endurance, and competitive skills. - Develop and implement training plans tailored to various skill levels, from novice to competitive swimmers.
