Why this role exists: We are looking for a C-level leader who can set the strategic vision, build the frameworks for scale, and be a genuine business partner to the leadership team. The CLO will own the full legal and regulatory agenda: from licensing strategy and corporate structure to M&A, IP, and compliance. You will act as GR8 Tech's primary legal interface with the managing company and other group assets.
