The Senior Test and Validation Lead will support the California State Water Resources Control Board's modernization effort through the WaterTap (Water Technical Assistance Portal) initiative-California's new data platform for public water systems, replacing the legacy CIDWIS system. The role focuses on testing leadership and quality assurance for this large-scale, multi-phase modernization program aimed at unifying regulatory data management and enabling transparency and scalability for decades to come. This role is part of a State of California RFP project expected to begin in May 2026, supporting the WaterTap modernization initiative. . WORKSITE: Hybrid (Sacramento, CA preferred) - may include partial remote work based on project needs.
