The Fleet Specialist provides administrative support to the Fleet Manager. The employee ensures efficiency through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Previous professional experience in accounting is preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Competencies: - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. - Manage maintenance and repair work orders. - Communicate via phone and email, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. - Maintain electronic and manual filing system. - Order supplies/parts. - Handle multiple projects. - Manage inventory. - Organization - Communication - Time Management - Flexibility - Problem Solving Skills Work Environment: Generally, this position works in an office environment. Travel Requirements: · Ability to travel up to 10% of work time.
