Indianapolis Hospice House and Outpatient Hospice 8414 Franciscan Ln Indianapolis, Indiana 46237 The Hospice Triage Registered Nurse (RN) receives incoming triage calls from patient and providers, addressing changes in physician orders and patient care needs as appropriate. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Position is in-person, located at the Hospice House. Weekend Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8:30pm. Assists patients, families, clinical staff and providers via telephone with clinical issues, problems and questions. Reports change in patient status to appropriate clinician. Participates in case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinates changes in physician orders with clinical staff and providers.
