The Medical Coordinator is responsible for assisting individuals who live at the Natick Village program with all medical related duties and ensuring the smooth operation of consumer services in the area of health. Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma/GED Additional Shift Details: M-F 8am to 4pm (with some flexibility) Responsibilities: - Schedule, transport and attend all individuals’ medical, dental, psychiatric and any other necessary appointments. - Complete documentation of appointments, file and distribute as appropriate to other providers (DDS, day programs, and family/guardians). - Monitor individuals’ medication supply. - Assist individuals in dropping off and picking up prescriptions from the pharmacy. - Maintain current medication treatment charts. - Ensure accuracy of medications following Medication Administration Program procedures. - Maintain current Doctor’s orders. - Ensure all individuals...
