We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a high‑rise condominium community in Covington, Kentucky. This position is responsible for maintaining the building’s mechanical systems, common areas, and overall functionality to ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment for residents. This role includes participation in a 24/7 on‑call rotation for maintenance emergencies, which is critical for supporting high‑rise building operations. Key Responsibilities: Building & Systems Maintenance - Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs throughout the high‑rise building Maintain and monitor building systems including: - HVAC (boilers, chillers, air handlers, exhaust systems) - Domestic water and plumbing systems - Electrical systems (lighting, panels, emergency lighting, outlets) - Fire/life safety systems (fire pump rooms, alarm panels — vendor coordination only) - Conduct regular walkthroughs of common areas to identify maintenance or safety issues Repairs & Work Orders: - Respond promptly to maintenance requests and assigned work orders - Perform basic carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and tile...
