Description: The Post-Processing Supervisor is integral to the successful operation of the cultivation facility as they oversee the Flower Pack team to maintain both compliance and production. Must track employee progress and all functions of department, including updating SOP’s and keeping all data tracking systems accurate. Must support daily operation of various machines by troubleshooting, documenting relevant practices, scheduling maintenance, and providing operators with training to ensure team is up to date with changes.
