This position requires work on the food production line as well as administrative/computer duties.. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review, organize, file, and finalize manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance, and retention with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES & FUNCTIONS: Assemble, finalize, scan, save, and file manufacturing batch records, label sheets, process sheets and daily production paperwork. Secure required signatures on all documentation. Provide support during regulatory and other audit-related activities. Document all product dates, print file, complete COA Sheet, and send COA to the appropriate customer. Make and distribute monthly Julian calendar. Collect, ensure accuracy, scan and file Foreign Object & Corrective Action Sheets, Metal Detection records, Swab Sheets, GMPS and Pre-opt Sheets from all lines. Verify cooler temperatu...
