Senior Project Engineer - Bridge Design Department: Civil/Municipal: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Baton Rouge, LA: Description: Waggoner Engineering is hiring a Senior Project Engineer - Bridge Design for our Baton Rouge, LA office. The role has the possibility of being remote for the right candidate. The role will provide quality planning, design and technical assistance to the Discipline Manager and other members of the design team in delivering projects within budgetary and time constraints. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience Signing Bonus: You will receive a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 , payable within 30 days of your start date. Clawback Provision: If you voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause within 12 months of your start date, you agree to repay the signing bonus in full.
