Job description

Aritec New Materials AG is looking for an experienced Part-Time Accountant to support the finance function at headquarters and across selected subsidiaries. The role is designed for a senior accounting professional seeking a flexible workload of 10%–30%, with home office possible, but physical presence in the office required once or twice per month. Tasks: - Review AR/AP with the accountants of our subsidiaries on a weekly basis. - Support preparation and follow-up of Swiss VAT declarations on a quarterly basis. - Support HQ expense accounting and related reviews. - Support periodic P&L review and financial analysis. - Support selected German VAT declarations. - Support with yearly book closing activities & Swiss tax declaration processes. - Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders as needed. Requirements: - Swiss accounting experience is absolutely required.
