Senior HRIS Analyst This role is an essential part of the HRIS Team within People Operations, working to design and deliver solutions by configuring and maintaining Clayton’s HR platforms. The role will support daily HR operational needs and Workday enhancements for the enterprise, participate in important compliance and internal audit procedures, act as a lead on HR projects, and contribute to the HR platform strategic roadmap executed by the team. This hands-on role will require close collaboration with the different teams within Clayton. Senior HRIS Analyst Duties: Respond to complex support and troubleshooting requests; respond to routine support and troubleshooting requests as needed. Provide positive and effective customer service to end users including HR professionals, accountants, business leaders, and others dependent on our HR platforms. Triage requests based on severity to act with an appropriate level of urgency in resolving or escalating issues. Perform regular data maintenance which includes mass loading data or facilitating transactions in bulk. Serve as an escalation point for complex questions and issues worked on by teammates.
