Job Description General Summary: Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Patient Support Training & Development Associate Director to join the North America Commercial Field Training (NACFT) organization. T he Associate Director will report to the Director of US Patient Support Training and will focus on improving the proficiency and effectiveness of our US patient-facing teams across the Vertex product portfolio. Ability to work in hybrid capacity or on site required. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute onboarding training programs to ensure that the Patient Support teams are trained , certified experts in Vertex products and Patient Support processes and education Partner with Patient Support Operations, leadership, m arketing , and other cross-functional teams to develop training strategy and recommend solutions to drive business outcomes and knowledge, skills and competencies of patient-facing teams Leverage adult learning principles to identify, design and deliver innovative learning experiences across modalities (in-person, virtual, hybrid, on-demand) Lead the processes associated with the Communications Review Committee (CRC), procurement and strategic sourcing,...
