To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Sales Operations Analytics Manager in the Group Sales and Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry. Summary: We are looking for a commercially focused and analytically driven Data Analysis / Sales Operations Analytics Manager to support the continued growth and performance of our sales operations function. This role will play a critical part in transforming complex sales and customer data into actionable insights that improve commercial performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, CRM, Network Development, Finance, and IT teams, you will lead the development of reporting frameworks, dashboards, forecasting models, and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision making across the full customer lifecycle.
