A Brief Overview: The CBO Quality Assurance Analyst provides assistance with ongoing education, training and monitoring of Central Billing Office staff. Completes audits on work that involves charge entry, registration, billing, collection/follow-up, payments, refunds, denials, or handles customer service functions.
