This includes leading youth and adult group lessons, providing private lessons, and fostering a safe, positive, and motivating environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and skilled in adapting instruction for various ages, abilities, and learning styles. Key Responsibilities: Instruction & Coaching: Lead engaging youth and adult group lessons. Provide individualized private lessons. Teach proper technique, footwork, stroke development, and match strategy. Adjust teaching approaches for different ages and skill levels. Encourage confidence, fun, and sportsmanship. Program Delivery & Class Management: Create structured lesson plans that support skill progression. Manage group dynamics to keep students engaged and challenged.
