Description The University of Washington Department of Anesthesiology & Pain Medicine at Seattle Children's Hospital has two (2) academic anesthesiologist positions available at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor. These positions are without tenure by reason of funding and are either full-time or part-time with an anticipated start date of March 2026 or thereafter. Assistant Professors are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Associate Professors and Professors hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. Salary and academic appointment at University of Washington will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, and academic rank.
