Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is preferred. Three years previous experience in acute OR setting, with at least 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the Orthopedic specialty area is preferred. - A current, valid RN license in state of practice or equivalent per state regulations. - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtained within 90 days of hire. - Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or obtained within 90 days of hire. - Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or obtained within 90 days of hire.
