Description WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES BE?: - Responsible for packing supplies for the OR and meeting the team at a pre-determined location. - Be available for recoveries on scheduled call days and emergency call coverage. - Responsible for adhering to all state, federal and local laws, policies, and regulations. - Responsible for recovery of donor organs in keeping with the policies, rules, and regulations of XVIVO Services Inc., Inc clients and its medical and surgical staff. - Participate in hospital and medical staff committees dealing with donor issues as requested by affiliated transplant centers. - Partners with the leadership team to facilitate the process and operational improvements related to quality, operations, educational, performance, and organizational initiatives. - Ensures a high level of XVIVO Services Inc. client satisfaction, team member and staff satisfaction, and surgeon satisfaction. - Exemplifies the philosophy of service in all organizational interactions.
