Overview MSA is seeking to add a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to our HR Team. This role plays a critical, behind-the-scenes role in shaping MSA’s Total Rewards strategy. This position is primarily focused on compensation administration, analysis, and reporting, serving as a key analytical partner to HR leadership. Who are we looking for? Someone who: This role can be either our Baraboo, Madison, Dubuque or Milwaukee offices with a flexible work environment. - Thinks like an analyst first—comfortable working in data, models, and scenarios. - Naturally questions assumptions and seeks to validate decisions with data. - Able to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for leaders.
