Role Overview The Business Development Analyst is an execution-focused role that supports Specialty1’s inorganic growth strategy through financial analysis, data gathering, and transaction support across specialty dental practice acquisitions and partnerships. This individual assists in evaluating prospective opportunities by preparing financial analyses, supporting due diligence efforts, and contributing to the development of materials used by senior leadership to assess strategic and economic viability. Working closely with Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Operations, the Analyst supports the progression of transactions from initial review through closing and integration. This role does not own underwriting strategy or final investment decisions but instead provides analytical support and insight to enable informed decision-making by senior leadership.
