Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Job description

Purpose of Position Weʼre looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to support our Enterprise Integrations team, and achieve excellent service for our customers. You: Working within one of our agile Engineering teams, this role reports to an Engineering Manager. You will collaborate closely with other engineers, and product managers to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-tested software for our award-winning marketing platform. You are responsible for writing clean, secure and well-tested code. You follow best-practice guidelines and help to improve those guidelines, your code is open by default and easy for others to reuse. You are part of a team and with the team extend, maintain and operate assigned parts of our platform. You coach and mentor more junior colleagues, participate in knowledge-sharing activities both within your team and the wider Engineering practice. You will guide your team by establishes standards, best practices, and policies.
