Job Description As a Sales Consultant at Imagination Homes, you’ll guide customers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives: choosing their new home! You’ll build relationships, create value, and deliver a home-buying experience that’s as smooth and rewarding as the homes we build. What You'll Do: - Sell and close new homes to meet or exceed Imagination Homes’ standards and performance goals. - Build value in our homes by understanding customer needs, demonstrating quality, and effectively communicating features and benefits. - Actively generate new prospects through marketing, community outreach, and follow-up activities while managing an existing customer base. - Guide buyers through every step of the process, from qualifying and financing to contract signing and closing, with clear communication and enthusiasm. - Maintain strong, service-oriented relationships with customers, Realtors, and internal team members throughout the building and buying process. - Oversee model home presentation, community appearance, and sales materials to ensure a professional and welcoming environment. - Collaborate closely with Construction Managers, Loan Officers, and the Closing C...
