Production Lead

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Production Lead supports the coordination and direction of production personnel. This role is responsible for helping implement company policies, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Responsibilities: Requirements: Schedule: This position follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, changing every two months: - Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to meet production schedules and optimize operating efficiencies, including coordinating maintenance and repair activities to maximize uptime and labor utilization. - Perform machine adjustments and demonstrate strong technical knowledge of machinery, materials, and manufacturing processes in Injection Molding. - Prepare and maintain accurate production reports. - Oversee shift activities in the absence of the Shift Supervisor, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. - Familiarity with service equipment, including cooling towers, compressors, railcar unloaders, and chillers. - Provide backup support for Supervisors, Material Handlers, and Production Assistants, with a solid understanding of packaging systems. - Promote and maintain...
