Position Summary: The Track and Trace Clerk is responsible for monitoring, documenting, and communicating service-impacting transportation delays. This role supports on-time delivery performance by ensuring timely, accurate communication with internal stakeholders, carriers, and warehouses, while maintaining complete and accurate records within transportation systems.
