This role is ideal for a machinist who has mastered the fundamentals and is ready to take on more complex setups, programming, and problem-solving with minimal supervision. REQUIREMENTS: - Program and machine parts using 2D and 3D toolpaths (Surfcam and/or Mastercam) - Read and interpret prints, specifications, and 3D models - Setup and operate CNC mills and/or lathes for intermediate to complex jobs - Select machines, tooling, fixtures, and materials based on project requirements - Modify existing programs to improve efficiency and quality - Design custom fixtures and calculate speeds, feeds, and depths of cut - Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring tools - Support less-experienced machinists with technical guidance - Collaborate with Project Managers on job scope, timing, and quoting - 2+ yea...
