Program Overview: Over eight-ten weeks, beginning May 28, 2026, and ending on August 7, 2026, the Summer Internship program is a paid multi-disciplinary program designed to complement your classroom training and career goals. The program is designed to introduce qualified and talented students to the many facets of a growing insurance brokerage and the industry as a whole. Interns will have close access to company leaders while acquiring knowledge of a variety of service and specialty practice areas. Interns will work side-by-side with NFP professionals to experience unfiltered access to the role of an insurance broker, producer, and account manager.
