Overview Opportunity: Housekeeping Runner: Fulfill and deliver all guest’s requests with the proper presentation. Assists Housekeeping by removing the trash and soiled linen from the floors. Potential Career Path: Housekeeping Supervisor – Assistant Executive Housekeeper – Executive Housekeeper Essential Job Functions: - Report Housekeeping Office and PBX team at start of shift. - Fulfill and deliver guest requests with the proper presentation. - Inventory and maintain cleanliness of all linen closets and empty trash. - Resupply guest room supplies in the linen closet daily. - Offer assistance to guest when requested or needed. - Report any maintenance deficiencies to housekeeping. - Employ proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies. - Make sure all storage closets are clean and neat daily - Respond appropriately to any hotel emergency or safety situation. - Pick up and deliver guest request items in a timely manner and calling them in as complete once they have been delivered. - Report to work as scheduled, in proper uniform, and following company appearance standards. - Collect trash from various areas throughout the property and take it to the designated area. - Consis...
