Overview NaphCare is hiring a full-time Licensed Therapist (LCSW, CPC, LMFT) to join our Jail Based Competency Treatment (JBCT) Program, THRIVE, that operates as a 30-bed adult competency to stand trial restoration and evaluation unit at Washoe County Detention Facility in Reno, NV. The hourly rate for this position is $52.25/hr. This is a unique opportunity to work in a structured, therapeutic, and team-driven environment where you can directly impact patient outcomes and help individuals with serious mental illness restore competency and move forward with their lives and legal cases. The Therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, evaluate treatment goals, and provide individual and group therapy using psychoeducation, evidence-based practices, and skill-building interventions. This role supports patients in improving psychiatric stability, functioning, and overall well-being. THRIVE provides specialized behavioral health services for patients found incompetent to stand trial (IST) and have been remanded to inpatient restoration treatment.
