Job Description: This role will initially be virtual, with a hybrid work arrangement based out of the Durham, NC location once the physical site is complete. Purpose: The Strategic Sourcer will focus on creating, building, and executing end-to-end sourcing strategy. The Sourcer will manage a talent attraction strategy to recruit key talent for Talent Gaps. In addition, this person will build talent pipelines, success profiles, and talent communities.
