Job description

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician (TAP) position to support the operation and development of the Danish Structural Imaging and Biomechanics Analysis Resource (DanSIBAR) . This is a six-year funded position. The envisioned starting date is July 2026 or after depending on the candidate’s availability. DanSIBAR is a national research infrastructure initiative currently in the establishment phase , funded to create an integrated platform for high-resolution micro-CT imaging, biomechanical testing, advanced sample preparation, and multimodal data analysis to study tissue structure, function, and quality in preclinical and clinical samples. DanSIBAR offers state-of-the-art technology for preclinical µCT imaging, nanoindentation, laser microtome-based sample preparation, and development of data integration pipelines of 2d and 3d imaging. The infrastructure will be built and is expected to become operational during the first year of the funding period.
