Description JOB SUMMARY: This position will be directly responsible for establishing and maintaining a team-centric workplace that is safe focused on People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The role requires total oversight of team member engagement, safety, quality, production schedule attainment, and operational effectiveness (efficiency, scrap, and downtime). This positions will supervise approximately 2 Team Leads and 14 Direct Labor Teammates.
