As Senior Marketing Manager, reporting into the Marketing Director, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of Tropic’s core brand marketing, spanning both DTC and Ambassador communications. This role sits within a highly collaborative marketing function, with strong leadership alignment and support from specialist teams across the business. You will work closely alongside Creative, Digital, PR and Product Marketing teams, ensuring all output is joined-up and consistent across the full marketing mix. You’ll be responsible for bringing the Tropic brand to life through joined-up, multi-channel campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and belief in our opportunity.
