Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills, work location, work experience and other individualized factors Purpose: The Backroom Coordinator is responsible for ensuring efficient inventory management, secure key control, and smooth receiving operations. The role supports overall store efficiency and security by maintaining consistency in backroom operations and optimizing stock flow. Key Responsibilities: Key Control Management: Maintain control over keys for compactor, receiving doors, and vendor doors. Log key check-ins and check-outs and secure keys when not in use. Report any lost or damaged keys promptly. Receiving Operations: Receive and verify shipments from trucks, DSD vendors, and direct shipments . Inspect incoming goods for damage, accuracy, and quality.
