Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Cybersecurity and IT Project Management: Accountable for the end-to-end management of cybersecurity and IT projects, emphasizing alignment with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other compliance frameworks. - Documentation and Compliance: Creates functional and technical documentation. Ensures project disciplines are followed, with strict adherence to RMF and FISMA guidelines. - Resource Management: Oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources aspects of the project. - Government Liaison: Serves as the primary liaison and point of escalation between the Contractor and Government entities, facilitating issue resolution and contractual discussions. - Agile Framework Coordination: Coordinates and leads Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be able to successfully pass a NACI background check - Certification: Must have an active IAT Level 3 (CISSP, CISA, GCED, GCIH, CASP+, GICSP, etc.) - Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in RMF in complex network and syste...
