Job Description: Position Title : Product support Representative Location : Dungannon Business Park: Reporting to : Parts technical support Manager Hours of work : 40 hours per week To provide support to the dealer network with regard to their open order books. Receive and manage orders through internal systems to ensure all customer and departmental needs are met within the required time frame. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Manage Dealer enquiries through the helpdesk Advising on part identification: Cross reference parts against BOMS: Assist in the sourcing of parts identified Liaising with internal departments and external supplies Responsible for credit investigations. Partake in customer service calls and identify areas for improvement Assist with preparation for new product launch. Assist with parts related engineering change orders. Experience and Qualifications: Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent which will include English and Maths at grade C or above Have experience of working within a busy office environment ideally in a customer service role Ability to organize and prioritise workload using your own initiative to meet deadlines Excellent organization...
